As a buyer, your agent commission is typically paid for by the seller of the home. So there is no direct cost to you.

If you’re a seller, we’ll negotiate a commission structure that works for you. The most important part is to get your home sold in the right time frame, and get you the most net return.

Don’t worry! We’re relocation specialists! First you’ll search for properties using our App. We’ll preview the property on your behalf and take video of the walk through. If necessary we can even draw a floor plan. Then you decide when and if you want to see it in person.

Other agents may try to hold you to the entire length of a listing or buyers contract. But we guarantee your satisfaction! If your ever not 100% satisfied, we’ll cancel your contract anytime prior to opening escrow.

If you are a military member or veteran, we’ll put 10% of our net commission toward your closing costs up to $2500 (must be allowed by your lending terms).
